Comedian Troy Bond is being praised online over how he handled a heckler during one of his gigs, who accused him of being racist.
The stand-up comedian, who mistakenly began his set by saying he was glad he had gotten such a good crowd, found himself eating his words when a woman began yelling up at him from the front row.
Troy had been doing a political bit when a woman complained that 'as a white guy trying to talk to black people', he shouldn't have been telling those kinds of jokes. Check it out below:
Is there anything more impressive than a comedian who can handle a heckler on-the-spot?

At first, Troy tried to reason with her, between boos from the crowd, but things got out of hand rather quickly.
When the comedian joked: "Stop having fun, motherf**kers," the heckler sincerely agreed, replying: "Go ahead, yeah. Stop having fun."
"She came here for a TED Talk," he continued. "Everyone knows you come to The Basement for political opinion."
Every time the heckler called him out, Troy hit back twice as hard, assuring her that she wouldn't be able to hurt his feelings.

When she called up: "You a b**ch," he snapped back: "Why do you think I'm doing this for a living? You think I was a football player?"
He added: "There's nothing you could say to me that I haven't said six inches from a mirror."
Eventually the discussion got so heated that Troy had to ask security - or, as he put it, his 'probation officer' - to escort the heckler out of the building.

As she walked out, he swiftly concluded: "Have a good night, Kamala Harris," sparking a huge laugh from the audience.
Before she finally left the room, the heckler told him: "That was the most racist joke ever", to which he quickly hit back, grinning at the audience: "I've got like four more in the chamber."
People were seriously impressed with how the stand-up handled his unhinged audience after Troy shared a clip of the awkward moment online.
"Bro this guy is funny as hell handled that flawlessly lmao," commented one viewer.

"Hecklers should be swiftly escorted. You go to a comedy show to see the comedian not your drunk dumba**," argued a second.
"This guy had some really good lines lmao", raved a third.
"The fact that she didn't have an answer to 'what are you upset about?' says a lot," another viewer pointed out.
Troy, himself, then replied: "If she told me I would have apologised. Maybe. Being offended doesn’t make you right."
