A woman make a shocking discovery about her husband of 20 years by simply opening a cupboard door.
Most people would like to think that they know nearly everything about their significant other as honesty and communication is a key part of a successful relationship, and Mary Thomson (whose name has been changed) thought that was the case with her husband, David.
David, 45, is 15 years Mary's junior and the couple have been married for 20 years.
They met when Mary was 39 and David was 24, and what started as a friendship eventually blossomed into something romantic.

They moved in together in 2007 and married a year later, Mary said, per The Sun. He went on to be 'a father figure' to her five kids who lived with them, while David himself was a father to a son too.
But Mary has since learned that David has fathered more children. He allegedly didn't confess this willingly though and only fessed up after Mary discovered a plastic sample pot in a cupboard with David's sperm inside.
Mary asked her husband: "Why do you need to give a sperm sample?"
The answer he gave her left the 60-year-old 'stunned and sickened' as David admitted that he'd been donating his sperm for six years, fathering 10 kids in the process.
Some of the sperm was donated 'the old-fashioned way' through intercourse, he said.
Then David admitted that he had a pregnancy fetish and supposedly wanted to feel like a 'hero' for bringing more children into the world.
He'd been offering his services, as such, on Facebook and gained interested in sperm donation after watching a TV show about it.
While some people want money for this type of thing, David reportedly never received payment for his samples. Instead he just wanted to do it for his own gratification.
The 'natural insemination' he'd advertised online (i.e unprotected sex) was carried out at least five times, The Sun reports.
Mary learnt about David's escapades three months ago and he has since been diagnosed with sexual compulsion. Per Mayo Clinic, this is when someone has 'an intense focus on sexual fantasies, urges or behaviors that can't be controlled'.
The website further details: "Compulsive sexual behavior may involve different kinds of commonly enjoyable sexual experiences.
"Examples include masturbation, sexual arousal by using a computer to communicate, multiple sexual partners, use of pornography or paying for sex."
As part of his recovery, Mary says her husband is completing a 12-step program.
While David is said to want to fix the marriage, Mary says that she 'can never love him again'.
"I am biding my time, saving up and planning on starting again, as an independent woman," she said, adding: "I will not let his morally void actions define me."
