Britney Spears' son is reported to have made a bold move regarding his name that could show that he's closer than ever with his superstar mom than ever.
The singer has undeniably been hit with some hard times of late and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in early March.
Following the incident, a representative for Spears said that what happened was 'completely inexcusable', adding: "Hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney's life."
They went on to say that she's spending time with her sons, 19-year-old Jayden and Sean Preston, 20.

Following her arrest in March, Spears is next due in court on May 4 in Ventura County, California.
Spears' Instagram page was taken down after she was taken into custody, but she started posting on the platform again in recent days. In one post with her youngest son, the singer thanked people for their support.
She wrote: "Thank you guys for all your support… spending time with family and friends is such a blessing !!!"
It looks like Spears has since been vacationing with her sons and has shared videos and photos of them onboard a boat together.
The singer shares her kids with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who released a damning memoir titled 'You Thought You Knew' last year which detailed his life with Spears.
A rep for Federline has addressed the 44-year-old's DUI arrest and insisted that Spears' ex only wishes the best for her.
Their two sons have largely lived with Federline throughout their lives, but Sean Preston's recent move proves that he's growing closer with his mother.
According to TMZ, the eldest of Spears' sons has changed his name on Instagram to be 'Sean P. Spears', when previously it just said 'Sean Preston'. His legal name is Federline.
UNILAD have approached reps for Spears and Federline for comment.

Spears appears to have a thrown shade at her ex just yesterday and implied that she moved away from showbiz as a result of their marriage.
Sharing a series of photos of her on various TV shows, one being Saturday Night Live, the 'Womanizer' hitmaker said: "Remember me when I use to be in show business before my marriage."
It's unclear whether she was referring to her marriage to Federline or most recent ex, Sam Asghari. The pair dated for several years, but their marriage only lasted 14 months.
She went on to credit a fan page of hers for bringing the photos to her attention. "Gotta love my fans," Spears wrote. "I never knew about these !!!"
