Heidi Klum is known for bringing her A-game when it comes to Halloween costumes.
Every year, she wins the holiday with the boldest and impressive designs. But this year could be the best - and most horrifying - yet.
Klum revealed her intricate design while arriving at her annual Halloween party, alongside her husband, Tom Kaulitz.
She looked truly terrifying as she graced the red carpet at her 24th Halloween event, held at Hard Rock Hotel New York’s The Venue.

Dressed as Medusa, Klum admitted it took her 10 hours to get into the costume, which she said was all worth it.
The elaborate look saw Klum transform into the mythical creature, with a headpiece featuring snakes, fangs, and a huge snake tail.
After teasing the look for weeks on social media, she later told Good Morning America: “I’m going to be very ugly — very scary, but very ugly.”

She wasn't wrong; social media users were horrified by one aspect of the costume in particular.
People were particularly stunned over Klum's headpiece and the fact that the snakes appeared to be moving.
"How are the snakes moving????" one person asked, while another said: "The snakes moving???? oh she ateeeee."
A third added: "THE SNAKES MOVINGGGGG."

And a fourth wrote: "Medusa the snakes moving takes the crown. Amazing."
Meanwhile, others agreed that the costume had won Halloween, with many left in complete awe over her transformation.
Another added: "Wow. Epic and congratulations you are amazing. Queen of Halloween."

Someone else said: "The queen of halloween did NOT disappoint!!"
And a seventh wrote: "Amazing Creation! You surely never disappoint!"
Back in 2024, Klum's costume was inspired by the 1982 sci-fi movie classic E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.

Meanwhile, in previous years, she's dressed as a worm, a 95-year-old version of herself and even a peacock in 2023.
In a video posted on her social media last year, Klum explained why she started her infamous Halloween party all those years ago.
“It all started about 25 years ago when I was searching for the party in New York City and I thought, ‘I’m going to have to take that one over'," she explained to her followers
“I have sleepless nights over Halloween, you have no idea. I always hope that it works out.”

Klum has also admitted that she starts planning for the following year's costume as soon as the party finishes.
