Riley Strain's last text has been revealed, and it's only left police with even more questions.

The University of Missouri student went missing on March 8 while on a trip with his college friends to Nashville.

During the vacation, the group visited the famous 32 Bridge bar - owned by American Idol judge Luke Bryan - with Riley going on to be asked to leave the bar for being 'over served', as per his parents.

Riley told his pals that he'd meet them back at their hotel, but the 22-year-old never showed up.

In the wake of the student's disappearance, the 32 Bridge bar have spoken out and insisted that Riley was only served one drink while at the popular establishment.

The TC Restaurant Group, which manages Bryan's 32 Bridge, said to Fox that he 'purchased and was served one alcoholic drink and two waters' during his time at the establishment.

The statement adds: "At 9:35 p.m., our security team made a decision based on our conduct standards to escort him from the venue through our Broadway exit at the front of our building.

"He was followed down the stairs with one member of his party. The individual with Riley did not exit and returned upstairs."

Riley Strain has been missing since March 8.

Bryan himself has commented on the ordeal, penning on social media: "Y'all This Is Scary. Praying For His Safe Return."

As the search for Riley continues, police recently located his bank card, which was found the embankment between Gay St. And the Cumberland River.

Further investigation into his whereabouts has now revealed the last text the missing student wrote, but the new piece of evidence has only left police with even more questions.

On the night of March 8, Riley's new love interest text to him 'see how he was doing'.

"He sent kind of a scripted text back to her, saying ‘Good lops'," Chris Dingman, a close family friend of Riley's parents, shared with NewsNation.

Understandably the girl didn't understand what Riley was saying and apparently even googled the term to try decipher his message.

Dingman is said to have been helping Riley's family ever since the 22-year-old's disappearance on March 8.

"Every time we get a little bit of evidence, there’s 100 more questions," he added.

Riley is described as being 6'5" tall with a thin build, blue eyes and light brown hair.

Metro Nashville Police Department have urged anyone with information to call them on 615-862-8600.
