Signs that your partner is cheating is the topic of hundreds of articles listed on Google, but according to those who have been cheated on themselves, there’s one sign you need to look out for.
Finding out your partner is cheating, is probably one of the most gut-wrenching things to experience.
Because of this, people are pretty set on not letting it happen to them or at least finding out as soon as possible so they can end the relationship.
With so many wanting to know if their beau is unfaithful, several experts have made a dime on listing the red flags and signs that could indicate someone is two-timing their significant other.

From a private investigator detailing his 20 ‘giveaway signs’ to another PI’s red flag jobs that could mean your spouse is more likely to cheat, there’s a lot of information to take in.
Which can lead you to being muddled when considering what to look out for.
But these Redditors have the ultimate sign, as they’ve all been through it themselves.

On the thread, r/Productivitycafe, one user asked the world wide web for help with love life woes as they posed the question: “People who got cheated on, what were the early signs indicating that your partner might do it before they actually cheated?”
To this, many said the answer was simple: if you feel that they’re cheating, they probably are.
A whole host of commenters revealed that the one things that tipped them off right at the start that their partner was cheating or about to cheat was their intuition.
Someone wrote: “Your gut. You’ll know it before you actually know you do.”

Another user said: “Your body and gut… before you even start to look or dig you’ll feel off…”
Again, a user commented: “Gut feeling. You notice something is strange about their behaviour but you don't really know what yet.”

Another revealed that they saw a ‘PI show’ where the PI said of everyone who hired them, they all had a feeling that infidelity was occurring, and was always proved right on some level.

So, is intuition real?
According to a paper published in the National Library of Medicine titled ‘Intuition, insight, and the right hemisphere: Emergence of higher sociocognitive functions’, it very well could be.
The 2010 paper explored whether intuition (gut feeling) and insight (understanding) could be tied to a particular brain system, be it the brain’s right hemisphere or not.
Using brain imaging, and analysing psychology and neuropsychology, the study went on to conclude that intuition and insight are probably real things that humans have.

But right now, it’s all hypothetical and not conclusive.
