Troy Barnes is going back to Greendale Community College.
Yep, Donald Glover has officially confirmed he will return to the greatest lineup of stars since Troy and Abed In The Morning.
Speaking to GQ, Glover revealed he has signed on to the reunion project, and he answered fans' questions with a total non-answer.
"The Community movie, there’s some progress on it. We’re supposed to be shooting it soon," Glover said.

"[I] haven’t seen a script. In true Dan [Harmon] fashion, [we] will probably get it on the first day. But yeah, it’s supposed to be happening.
He then added: "I know just as much about it as you do."
Well, what we do know is that by using the word 'we're', which is a collective verb that includes the user and a group of people, Glover has just given away the Community shooting secret on everybody's lips.

He's rejoining the cast for the feature film.
With that one simple verb, we've gone from Community character Abed's feared 'darkest timeline' to the greatest timeline.
It was his early departure from Community during the show's fifth season that prompted fears he wouldn't return.
He left shortly after Chevy Chase, who came to a 'mutual agreement' with NBC to leave after he became 'frustrated with the direction of his character and used a racial slur during an angry rant', as per ScreenRant.

Despite the network's official stance that it was a mutual thing, viral rumors swirled that Chase was actually sacked due to his allegedly racist digs at Glover and Yvette Nicole Brown, who played Shirley Brown on the hit show.
Show creator Dan Harmon told The New Yorker in 2018: "Chevy was the first to realize how immensely gifted Donald was, and the way he expressed his jealousy was to try to throw Donald off."
He added: "I remember apologizing to Donald after a particularly rough night of Chevy’s non-P.C. verbiage, and Donald said, ‘I don’t even worry about it'."
Sounds like he was a real trooper.

Also, those rumours were later seemingly confirmed by an on-set extra, as per MovieWeb.
But, to be clear, on-set clashes with Chase had nothing to do with Glover's exit.
He made the decision to leave all on his own as it felt like the right next step.
In an interview with VIBE, he revealed he chose to leave Community because his heart wasn't really in it anymore.

"I feel like if I stayed there, I'd be doing my life a disservice," he said.
"Community is, I think, one of the best shows on television, but it's not mine... I just want to make dope s**t from now on, on my own terms."
And boy, did he ever.

Glover, also known by his rap name Childish Gambino, has won two Primetime Emmy Awards, two Golden Globes, four Grammys, and has directed and starred in a range of projects since Community shot him to stardom.
But now it's time to return from whence it all began and we can hardly wait.
