Buffy star Michelle Trachtenberg has clapped back at people speculating about her her health.
The actor recently shared a selfie with her 1.1M Instagram followers, who expressed concern about her ‘yellow eyes’ and ‘thinning hair’.
The actress ,38, rose to fame playing the little sister of Buffy The Vampire slayer (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and also appeared in 28 episodes of Gossip Girl as preppy Georgina Sparks until 2012.

Her most recent role was Meet, Marry, Murder which was released in 2021.
As she shared a picture of her new hair on Instagram to thank her stylist, the comments regarding her health rolled in.
One follower commented: “I don’t mean any harm but your sclera appears to be pretty yellow. You may want to get your liver enzymes checked. See a doctor.”

Another also questioned: “Why do the whites of your eyes look yellow? Liver damage. Yikes.”
While some fans jumped to her defense: “None of you know her well enough to be commenting on her health, would you really say this to a stranger in person? Its inappropriate and rude. Also the people leaving hate comments look nowhere near as good as her.”
Actress Kristin Chenoweth also came to her defence, commenting, “Ignore the hate baby! You’re stunning!!!”
With her break-out role happening back when she was just 14, the actor said this might be a factor in why she looks different in her recent snap.
She said: “Please explain to me how I look sick? Did you lose a calendar and not realize I’m not 14. I’m 38. How sad for you to leave such a comment.”
