Meghan Trainor's husband has responded to the ‘toxic’ mom group celebrity scandal.
It all began when High School Musical alum Ashley Tisdale released a controversial essay she penned for The Cut titled 'Breaking Up With My Toxic Mom Group'.
There, she spoke about being 'frozen out' of her mom group, which she'd joined after the birth of her first child, and described instances in which she claimed she was 'excluded' from group activities.
The 40-year-old wrote: "At first, I tried not to take things personally. It’s not like people aren’t allowed to get together without me — and maybe there were perfectly good reasons that I hadn’t been invited. We were all busy, life was hectic. I told myself it was all in my head and it wasn’t a big deal."

She said that she then left the group as she felt the dynamic had 'stopped being positive'.

While Tisdale didn’t name names, people on social media did a little digging and found that Tisdale was once in a group of celebrity moms, which supposedly included Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor, and Mandy Moore.
However, Tisdale's reps denied it in a statement, saying that 'there’s zero truth to what online "detectives" think they’ve cracked' and she was actually writing about a 'completely different group of friends'.

Shortly after her essay set the world on fire, Duff's husband Matthew Koma appeared to make a savage dig at Tisdale's piece for The Cut, and Trainor herself responded to the drama on TikTok.
Now, the 'All About That Bass' singer's husband has given his two cents on the situation.
Daryl Sabara, who is well known for his role in the Spy Kids franchise, was approached by TMZ on January 8, where he was asked about the scandal, to which he replied: “No drama over here, just trying to keep the kids happy.”

He also said that he doesn't 'really know what's going on', adding that he hoped Tisdale is 'OK, though'.
When it came to Koma’s Instagram dig, however, it wasn’t quite the same.
Instead, he posed in a photo similar to the cover, with the text over the image reading: "When You're The Most Self Obsessed Tone Deaf Person On Earth, Other Moms Tend To Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers."
Moore also heaped tons of praise on Koma after he shared a clip of her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, performing at the Concert for Altadena benefit, on his Instagram Stories and tagged her in it.
