Kim Kardashian is being compared to Lord Farquaad after debuting a new hairstyle

Kim Kardashian has a new hairstyle which of course means... memes.

Lots and lots of memes.

The 42-year-old introduced the world to her new 'do in a video announcing the launch of a new push-up bra for her underwear label SKIMS.

In the advertisement, the reality TV star is sporting a short, blunt bob.

It's pretty chic but it's also reminded a lot of people of a certain villain from a little movie called Shrek.

Others thought Kardashian might be taking over a local chocolate factory, as the bob reminded them of Johnny Depp's character in Tim Burton's version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

While others thought the mum-of-four was in her '1989 era', of course referencing the news that Taylor Swift is releasing 1989 (Taylor's Version) in October.

There's been tension between the sisters since Kourtney accused Kim of 'stealing' Dolce & Gabbana from her.

And Kim accused Kourtney of stealing her wedding country and Andrea Bocelli from her.

Let's hope there's some bob-based drama in the next season of The Kardashians.

Until that drops, fans are getting excited to see her in the upcoming instalment of American Horror Story.

New posters for Delicate have been released and it seems like there will be a big spider element to the season as Kim, actor Cara Delevingne, and series regular Emma Roberts are seen with eight-legged arachnids.

While Kim's inclusion in the season has divided some of American Horror Story's biggest fans, it seems like this latest teaser has many getting keen to see it.

When Kim was announced as a cast member, people were so upset that they were calling for a boycott of the show simply because of the Kardashian's involvement.

A teaser trailer dropped last month and it showed the celebrity trio in a circle of white-haired women with spidery gloves on, lurching from side-to-side as the lullaby 'Rock-a-bye Baby' is eerily sung overhead.
