We still don't know why Lana Del Rey is working at a Waffle House in Alabama, but we're all for it.

As a result, fans have been getting easy access to the 'Summertime Sadness' singer, as one woman was 'in disbelief' after sharing a vape with her hero. Watch below:

Last week, the 38-year-old was filmed working behind a counter at the restaurant in the city of Florence, wearing the official Waffle House uniform, complete with a name badge - the full lot.

As you can imagine, customers were shocked to find the multi-award-winning singer/songwriter pouring coffees and taking orders - but Del Rey looked to be enjoying every minute as she happily posed for photos with fans.

And one fan, who goes by the TikTok handle @jennagraces, has since shared the unreal moment she met the Del Rey in the car park.

She wrote in the caption: "waited a few days for mommy lana’s privacy :) i have no words worthy enough to describe this experience.

"I’ve been listening to her since i was 10 and I’m still in disbelief. Lana Del Rey, i love you & thank you for everything."

As shown in the video above, the TikToker shares a series of adorable snippets, showing her arms wrapped tightly around the singer as she bursts into tears.

The pair are also seen sharing a vape together and @jennagraces is clearly overwhelmed with the whole thing.

Other fans were able to get up close and personal with the singer, as Karina Cisneros Juarez managed to get a photo with the star - sharing it on Facebook with the caption: “To say I am ecstatic is an understatement!!!

“I have been a huuuge fan of Lana Del Rey for over a decade, so meeting her today was truly insane.”

Juarez told AL.com: “She was there, wearing a uniform and everything.

“It was a bit surreal. I just told her how much I loved her music and her work in general. She was super lovely, and incredibly nice.”
