The man who was detained by authorities in relation to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie has spoken out for the first time since his release.
Last month, Luke Daley was detained for 'four or five hours' while police searched his vehicle and home.
Daley's mother was also detained at the same time.
The 37-year-old has now shared his version of events, telling True Crime Arizona host Briana Whitney that he 'just wants Nancy to come home and be safe'.

He also added that he has no information whatsoever about her whereabouts.
“I don't. If I did, I would happily tell [the] FBI, police anything,” Daley said.
“I, like everyone else, just want Nancy to come home and be safe. But that being said, I have nothing to do with this case, and that's it.”

Daley claimed he was cuffed and placed in a police car before informing police about his whereabouts on specific dates.
“All the dates I was telling them where I was,” he said.
“All you have to do is look at my phone and see my location. It was nowhere near anywhere or have any connection to this.”
When asked about why Daley and his mom were detained, Daley said: “They didn't tell me any information about that.
“I have thought of any type of reason why they could have come after me, but there's nothing, and I think that's why they didn't tell me.
“I can't go anywhere.
“Everyone gives me dirty looks. I'd like to be able to go about my life and not have this shadow of doubt casted over me.”

In the early hours of February 1, Nancy Guthrie disappeared from her home in Tucson, Arizona, believed to have been taken against her will.
Nancy, 84, is the mother of TODAY co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, who has been pleading for her safe return.
On February 11, video footage was made public, revealing a hooded figure appearing on Nancy's front doorbell camera, with the FBI releasing a description.
On Monday (March 2) Savannah shared a message on social media, thanking the Tuscon community as the search continues.
"We feel the love and prayers from our neighbors, from the Tucson community and from around the country.
"Please don’t stop praying and hoping with us. Bring her home."
Savannah also confirmed that the family are now offering a $1million reward for any information leading to Nancy's safe return.
