Trump fuels fresh 2028 speculation after bizarre AI post hints he could stay in power ‘a long time’
President Trump has raised eyebrows with his latest Truth Social Posts - sharing a Trump 2028 poster to his account.
It's not the only bizarre image Donald Trump uploaded to his account last night, also posting another AI generated photo sitting alongside his predecessors, Abraham Lincoln and George Washington, as they signed a map of the United States.
He didn't stop there, as he also posted a picture of himself miles away from his classic suit and tie, wearing an army general outfit.
Of course, we know we won't see Trump in army uniform anytime soon, nor would it be possible for him to pose with Lincoln and Washington, but could we see him run for President in 2028?

In the AI generate image, Trump could be seen wearing his classic blue suit and red tie. Underneath, the words 'Trump 2028 Make America Great Again' were written, with a crowd of people wearing red MAGA hats.
Despite usually accompanying his Truth Social posts with large blocks of text, the President offered no explanation with these images. A picture says a thousand words...
It's not the first time the President has spoken about running for a third term. Just recently, he joked about 'running for a fourth term' during a White House Correspondents’ Dinner. In front of a room of journalists, he announced his intentions.
"I won three times, now I'm going to do it again," he said, putting on his red cap.
He approached the subject this week in the Oval Office once again, saying: “We'll have a big percentage of the chip business by the time I leave office, which could be a long time. Who knows? But it could also be fairly quick. They say two-and-a-half years. We're gonna find out."
Despite his many comments the President has before announced that he's aware he can't run for a third time.
Under the 22nd Amendment, no person can be elected more than twice.
Elsewhere, Rosie O'Donnell appeared in one of the President's AI generated image, as she appeared to be a patient in a hospital with Trump as the doctor. Here, he was holding a clipboard that claimed she had an 'obsessive Trump fixation'.
The pair's feud dates all the way back to 2006, and has continued through Trump's presidential campaigns and Presidency.
Elsewhere on the clipboard it said she had a 'meltdown triggered by Trump news' as well as a 'loss of composure'.
The President seems to have been extremely busy this week, as on Sunday, he posted 48 times on Truth Social - with many of these being AI.
When asking the BBC asked the White House about where they content came from, they told them: "We don't discuss internal deliberations of how the process works."
Most of them were about the Iran war, however, he also posted one AI generated image of himself and John F. Kennedy standing outside of the White House.
In a further statement, the White House told the outlet: "President Trump offers his unfiltered and direct thoughts to the American people, without the biased media taking him out of context."
