A gym goer has hit back after Joey Swoll branded her workout 'inappropriate'.

Despite describing himself as the 'CEO of gym positivity,' Joey Swoll took to social media to critique one gym goer's workout, arguing he believes her video is an example of someone 'crossing the line'. Catch the clip below:

Swoll re-shared a clip posted to social media by a content creator who goes by the name 'Strong by Felicity'.

The clip shows Felicity lying with her back flat against a gym bench, her legs curving towards her chest, and her feet up over her head to meet the bar.

Felicity's labelling of the video reads: "*Gym crush finishes his sets and turns around* Me working out behind him," alongside the caption: "Am I being subtle?"

And Swoll didn't hold back from slamming the clip, asking Felicity to 'stop filming this kind of content at the gym' - particularly a 'busy commercial gym' - arguing that 'young people' and 'minors' 'should not be exposed to this, be around it or, even worse, in the background of one of these videos'.

The creator jokingly asked if she was being 'subtle' in her video.

He even said if he worked at the gym Felicity was at he would ask her to 'leave and not come back' resolving she needs to 'do better'.

And Felicity - who goes by 'Your Fav Gym Villainess' - has since responded to 'big influencers' in another video posted to her page.

Taking to Instagram earlier today (15 March), Felicity explains despite the backlash she's faced, she's kept her account public and not gone private because she's 'not going to let people bully' her.

She continues: "It doesn't really show who I am, it kind of shows who everybody else is and all the trolls and no faces and keyboard warriors.

Felicity says she's not going to be deterred from posting content.

"I'm proud of who I am. I know myself. Like all these people they don't know me. You can think whatever you want. That I'm a slut. I'm a h*e. I'm a c***t. I really don't care. You guys are putting so much effort into bringing a woman down."

Seemingly referring to Swoll, the gym goer then goes on to mention 'big influencers' too.

She continues: "They don't understand they went though hate as well. Like I don't understand the need to bring down micro influencers that are just trying to go on their come up and find their own footing and their unique print on the world.

"Nothing you guys can say can change who I am or make me feel differently about myself. Like keep going, keep saying s**t, talking your s**t."

The gym goer resolved she's not going to stop posting, or showcasing her flexibility, noting the people who really matter are 'in her corner'.

LADbible Group has reached out to Felicity for further comment.
