People are flooding to social media divided over lyrics referencing the Kardashians in Doja Cat's latest release.

On Friday (22 September), Doja Cat - real name Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini - released song 'Wet Vagina' as part of her fourth studio album Scarlet.

And who should the song mention but the infamous Kardashians, and Doja Cat seems like she's throwing some serious shade.

It's not the first time Doja Cat and the Kardashians have hit headlines, with Kylie Jenner reportedly denied access to Doja Cat's Met Gala party back in May.

A source told Page Six they spotted Jenner walking away from the party because they 'wouldn't let her in'.

"They shut the door down because it was over capacity," the witness claimed.

Jenner and Doja Cat also shared an awkward moment at Paris Fashion Week earlier in the year - a clip of the pair going viral because of just how uncomfortable their exchange looked.

And now Doja Cat has mentioned the Kardashians in her latest release.

'Wet Vagina' is the third of 15 tracks on Doja Cat's fourth studio album and the Kardashians get a mention in the second verse.

The lyrics read: "Tell me why ol' shorty walkin' like she got a stick in her a**/ And pretty face, plastic, it’s givin’ Kardashian."

Elsewhere in the song, Doja Cat also refers to being 'kicked out' of the Met Gala after the musician was caught vaping despite Anna Wintour's strict no smoking rules.

People have flocked to social media after hearing Doja Cat's mention of the Kardashians, divided over her inclusion of them in her song.

One X - formerly known as Twitter - user said: "@DojaCat did you diss the Kardashians in 'Wet Vagina'?? I didn't see the lyrics. I'm lovin' it."

However, another commented: "Pot kettle much."

A third chimed: "She just told us how she got her boobs done and her thighs lypoed. Hypocrite."

Indeed, Doja Cat took to X in March to reveal she'd undergone a breast augmentation and had liposuction on her hips.

People have been left divided over the mention.

It's not the first time Doja Cat has come under fire for her recent album, the rapper's music video for 'Paint the Town Red' criticised by members of the Christian community.

In the song, Doja Cat sings about how she's the devil and a 'demon lord' and the video also features the grim reaper alongside a Satan-like figure.

UNILAD has contacted the Kardashians and Doja Cat's representatives for comment.
