A hit Prime Video series hailed 'dangerously watchable' has received a major update on its future.
There's nothing worse than being madly invested in a TV series only for it to be brutally cut short.
Unfinished plot lines, unanswered questions and characters left in limbo - it’s enough to enrage even the most casual of viewers.
Fortunately, the fans of a popular Prime Video series have been saved from that very fate, with the show set to conclude with a feature film after three successful seasons.

It's something Mindhunter fans could only dream of...
The series in question stars Lola Tung as a teen called Belly Conklin, caught up in a love triangle between brothers Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah Fisher (Gavin Casalegno).

Based on the YA book trilogy by Jenny Han, the show debuted in 2022, with a second season landing a year later.
Some 70 million people viewed the show's third instalment as episodes dropped weekly between July and September.
We're talking about The Summer I Turned Pretty, of course, which has time and time again topped Prime Video's viewing charts.
Now, Han, who is set to direct the upcoming flick, has revealed that it's one step closer to becoming reality.
At The Wrap's 2025 Power Women Summit in Beverly Hills, California, on Wednesday (December 3), she told the publication she had 'just' finished writing the movie.

"I just wrote it," she said, but cautioned: "We have not filmed anything yet."
Fans were hoping the final chapter would drop around Christmas, but the author firmly put those rumors to bed.
Han explained that 'unfortunately' a Christmas release would not be happening, reminding fans that the show's third season only wrapped 'last minute'.
"We wouldn’t have had time to film the whole movie," she added.
The show's third season earned a 92 percent Rotten Tomatoes score, the highest of its three seasons.
Critics hailed it 'dangerously watchable', adding that it gets 'better each time'.
Fans will no doubt have high expectations for the big finale, then. No pressure, Han...
The creator, who is also behind Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before, previously hinted at what's to come.
Speaking on Today in September, Han teased: "There is another big milestone for Belly... So we’ll continue along with that journey."
She added that the release date 'won't be next year', so viewers may need to exercise a little more patience.
The Summer I Turned Pretty is streaming now on Prime Video.
