South Park fans left in hysterics as show finally reveals Satan and Trump's 'Antichrist' baby

Who had Trump in bed with Satan on their 2025 bingo card btw?

South Park has delighted fans after the finale for the latest season saw Satan going into labor with Trump's baby, who was also the Antichrist.

South Park doesn’t often pull a whole lot of punches and has made a decades-long career making fun of everyone and everything.

But even for them, they managed to shock in 2025 with their storylines ridiculing right-wing political figures.

Most controversially, over season 27 and season 28, the long-running show saw Donald Trump and Satan, as in the devil, getting into an intimate relationship.

The finale was set to have Satan actually give birth to Trump’s baby, and that baby was expected to be the Antichrist. Trump and JD Vance meanwhile were plotting to have the baby killed.

While it might sound rather bizarre and odd for normal TV viewing, this isn’t even the weirdest thing the show has done over its 18-year run.

But it seems the show’s creator Matt Stone and Trey Parker know what their viewers like as the season’s conclusion had fans in hysterics.

During the episode, a doctor came out and announced the ‘bad news’ saying that the Antichrist baby had actually hung itself in the womb - with one minute of the ultrasound mysteriously disappearing.

Speaking to the room where, Stan, Jesus, JD Vance and Donald Trump stood, they said: “Everyone, sorry, sorry to interrupt, but I'm afraid we have some really bad news.

“We've looked at the ultrasound, and it appears at some point, when nobody was watching, the baby hung itself and took its own life."

Fans were quick to pick up on the joke that this was in reference to the death of Jeffrey Epstein, who was able to kill himself while in police custody in 2019.

As well as this strange conclusion to the Satan pregnancy plot, seeing Satan devastated and returning to hell, the episode also added in some Christmas festivity, seeing Trump dressed as Santa Claus with JD Vance as an elf at one point.

Many fans praised the jokes and the wild ride they had been taken on for the season on social media.

One user wrote: “The Epstein joke made me laugh, but I'm actually near tears that Satan isn't getting his miracle.”

Another joke: “Poor Satan man. This is legitimately heartbreaking.”

With a third writing: “THE EPSTEIN REFERENCE LMFAO IM F****** DEAD.”

With another simply adding: “Made us wait 2 months for an Epstein killed himself joke.”

Just another bizarre story to happen in the town, I suppose they do say if you are heading down to South Park, you will have yourself a time.
