A new Netflix series has left viewers hooked and 'wishing there was more' after fans binge watched the lot in one sitting.

Posting on the Netflix Bangers group on Facebook, one person shared an image from the series and asked people for their thoughts.

And viewers were pretty much in agreement over the new series, with hundreds taking to the comments to praise the show.

In fact, many viewers admitted they wanted 'more episodes' after managing to get through all six in one go.

The show, which is currently sitting in the top spot on Netflix, is a murder mystery thriller starring Nicole Kidman.

It focuses on a wedding that goes drastically wrong just hours before the ceremony.

The series follows Amelia Sacks (played by Eve Hewson), who is marrying into one of Nantucket's wealthiest families.

But, her wedding to Benji Winbury (played by Billy Howle) takes a tragic turn when her maid of honor is murdered.

Kidman stars as Amelia's mother-in-law Greer Garrison Winbury, who is married to Tag Winbury - played by Liev Schreiber.

After Merritt's death is discovered, the rich couple’s family become suspects.

“The Perfect Couple is a murder mystery set over the Fourth of July weekend on the island of Nantucket,” said showrunner, Jenna Lamia.

“It is juicy, elegant, tense, and a little bit sensual. It is my favorite kind of show to watch; a thriller with multiple love stories embedded in the narrative."

The Perfect Couple - which is based on the book by Elin Hilderbrand - has six episodes in total and viewers can't stop talking about it online.

One person wrote on Facebook: "Loved it. Didn't go long enough. Really enjoyed it."

While another said: "Was fantastic! Great writing and acting! Looooove Nicole!"

And a third added: "Loved it but wish there was more of it lol."

Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "Loved it and am watching it for the second time."

One viewer made similar comparisons to Big Little Lies, saying: “The Perfect Couple on Netflix is another entry in the distressed Nicole Kidman genre with an all new wig, an all new loser husband and annoying kids and an all new dead body.

“They made this for me and you know what, I enjoyed every minute of it. It’s soapy and while it isn’t groundbreaking, it’s VERY entertaining.”

Another said they'd binged the lot in one sitting, while one added: "I watched the whole lot in one night …. Whoops so good."
