Netflix fans can now stream one of the 'craziest' movies of the millennium that has unbelievable twist

It's been hailed the 'best romcom' of all time, and it's finally landed on Netflix

A romcom widely considered the best of all time has finally re-joined Netflix.

The platform adds various new titles to its catalogue each month, from originals to much-loved classics.

But fans have described this particular movie as a 'must-watch for anyone with a pulse' for its ability to win over even the most reluctant genre skeptics.

It boasts an all-star cast including The Four Seasons' Steve Carell, Barbie's Ryan Gosling, Poor Things' Emma Stone and Kevin Bacon.

The story follows Cal Weaver (Carell), a middle-aged man whose seemingly perfect life unravels when his wife, Emily (Julianne Moore), asks for a divorce.

Thrown back into the dating world after decades, Cal is hopeless - until he meets Jacob Palmer (Gosling), a suave womanizer who takes him under his wing.

Meanwhile, Jacob’s carefully curated lifestyle gets shaken up when he falls for Hannah (Stone), a woman who’s immune to his usual charm.

Elsewhere, Cal’s teenage son deals with a huge crush on his babysitter, who in turn has a crush on Cal, leading to a wild web of romantic entanglements.

The movie is known for having the 'greatest plot twist in the history of cinema,' but don't worry - we won't go spoiling that here on the off-chance you've not seen it...

The movie we're talking about is, of course, Crazy, Stupid, Love.

The 2011 hit, written by This Is Us' Dan Fogelman, re-joined Netflix in the US on May 1.

Fans quickly realized the new addition and took to Twitter to share their excitement.

"Ahhh Crazy, Stupid, Love aka the perfect rom com is on Netflix," one fan wrote. "If you’ve never watched it and like that genre you should absolutely change that."

A second agreed: "Crazy, Stupid, Love on Netflix omg best romcom ever made."

Over on Rotten Tomatoes, critics rated it a 79 percent while audience members gave it a similar, 78 percent.

Not everyone agrees with the scores, though.

"I'm shocked this movie is not in the 90 percent range for both Tomatometer and ESPECIALLY Popcornmeter," one person wrote.

"It's one of my all-time favorites. It's a brilliant script, hilarious at times, touching at times, and it contains my absolute favorite scene in all movies."

They are, of course, referring to that Dirty Dancing scene - if you know, you know.

Another fan penned: "It might be the most enjoyable rom-com of all time. Incredible cast, every character is so dang adorable and the direction is seemingly flawless.

"It’s a must watch for anybody with a pulse."
