Tiffany Haddish has revealed how 'marrying' herself has impacted her dating life.
The actor took the unusual step of having a 'self-marriage' ceremony in which she walked down the aisle and made vows to herself.
She explained previously that it was a way for her to build her sense of independence and confidence, and that she hoped it would help her to set boundaries when it came to new relationships.
Since then she has said she is focussed on honoring the commitment that she made, including by taking for herself on solo trips.

Now, in a candid new update since her 'marriage' ceremony, Haddish shared how her dating life has been since taking the step of ultimate self-love.
So, how have her self-nuptials impacted her dating life with other people?

Well, it seems that things are going rather well.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Haddish said: “Since I married myself, my dating life has been amazing."
The Girls Trip actress went on to explain how her decision has helped to bring this about.
She said: “First of all, I’m never alone, never alone. And it's been a lot easier because I have boundaries now. We have limits. And these men have to fall in line with what our requirements are.”
But what requirements exactly has she laid out since she took the step of marrying herself?
“They gotta have a good credit score because they need to be responsible. When I’m responsible, they need to be responsible,” she said.
She went on to explain that this didn't necessarily mean that someone was wealthier than her, just that they had a good credit score.

“I don’t need you to have more than me, it’s okay if you have less than, but you better have that credit score right," she said. "That’s your grown-up report card.”
Haddish also plans to take herself on a solo trip for Thanksgiving.
“My plan this year [for Thanksgiving] is to go to the Bahamas,” said Haddish.
“Normally, I serve the homeless, and I’m making collard greens and mashed potatoes and all kinds of stuff. But not this year. This year, I’m taking me. I’m married, so we are going out on a little trip. A little married trip. A solo married trip."
Haddish said that the idea to get married to herself came to her back in 2018 when she was in a relationship that she was unhappy in.
“I was like, ‘I’ll be my husband. I could take care of me better than you could,'" she told USA Today.
