Robert Pattinson admitted Zendaya had to 'very calmly' put his mind at rest as the marketing for the pair's new movie is sending fans into a spiral.
The pair caused one hell of stir on social media over the last few days, with people baffled as to what exactly was going on.
The two actors are starring in three films together next year, The Odyssey, Dune: Part Three and the one that has been raising some eyebrows is called The Drama, funnily enough.
In all fairness, the marketing department likely needs a raise as it achieved its goal of grabbing people’s attention and getting them talking about the film.

The Drama is an A24 movie and follows a couple who are engaged to be married, but all isn’t well. The leads Emma Harwood and Charlie Thompson are played by Zendaya and Pattinson respectively.

The team behind the film took out an ad in The Boston Globe sharing a snap of the pair with Zendaya flashing an engagement ring. As you can expect this image began to do the rounds on social media, with many confused what was happening and if they had missed some massive celebrity gossip.
In case you haven’t kept up with celebrity news of late, Zendaya is currently engaged to Tom Holland and Pattinson to Suki Waterhouse.

While the two actors are just playing into their roles, Pattinson has previously made it clear he could lean on Zendaya for support.
Speaking to the French publication Première, Pattinson said he was going ‘crazy’ ahead of having to film a scene for The Drama with the star the following day.
To deal with the issue, he ended up calling his co-star to get her two cents on the issues he was having with it.
Speaking to the outlet, he said: “We had a scene together that was driving me crazy.
“I was desperately looking for its meaning, writing pages and pages of textual analysis.

“I ended up calling Zendaya the night before shooting the scene. I shared my doubts with her, I spoke for two hours, and after a while, very calmly, she made me understand that the line just said what it meant to say, that there was no hidden meaning."
Pattinson admitted this isn’t out of the ordinary for him, adding that he was going crazy for three days.
He said: “I tend to stumble over the meaning of things. To the point of overdoing it, trying to solve mysteries that aren't really mysteries."
