People can’t believe Mark Wahlberg’s age after he shared workout video

He's still in the prime of his life.

Mark Wahlberg has been in incredible shape for much of his life.

The actor became a household name after being the face of Calvin Klein underwear following his mildly successful Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch rap career.

All through his Hollywood career, he's been showing off his ripped abs and impressive muscles.

He recently posted a video to his Instagram page revealing that he started his morning at 3:30am to get an early pump on before his shoes were released.

But viewers couldn't believe his age considering how his body looks.

One wrote '52 years' followed by several crying emojis.

Another added: "I hope to be that well in shape when I’m in my early 50s! Love your coolness Mark!"

A third said: "My dude you look better than ya did in Basketball Diaries."

But if you want to look like Wahlberg then you'll have to be ready for some big commitments.

Say goodbye to sleep ins and three meals a day.

The father-of-four originally used to wake up at 2:30am, eat breakfast at 3:15am and do his first workout of the day between 3:40am and 5:15am.

I'm already tired thinking about that.

He also scheduled in time for prayers, ‘family time’, picking up his children from school, golf, meetings, cryogenic chamber recovery, a well-deserved afternoon snack and a second workout.

Wahlberg would then go to bed at 7:30pm each night in preparation for his very, very early start the next day.

However, he recently switched up the routine a bit because he was no longer training for a specific reason.

Mark Wahlberg's old daily routine is always going viral.

It’s a Wahlberg-style lie-in and he still starts his day at the crack of dawn.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, the Uncharted star said he now allows himself to sleep until 3:30am or even 4am.

"I always start with a little bit of prayer time. And then take my vitamins," he told the publication.

"I used to eat breakfast.

"Now I'm all about intermittent fasting.

"I don't eat; I just go work out."

He went on to say that he doesn't have to do 'as much cardio' and spend as much time in the gym, adding: "I feel like I’m getting better results.

“I’m trying to share that information with everybody because I’m really, really seeing the benefits and pretty quickly.”
