Morgan Freeman has given the perfect shut down after being asked about Taylor Swift's relationship.
The man, the myth, the legend Morgan Freeman had the perfect answer after being asked about Taylor Swift’s latest relationship during an interview.
The Hollywood actor went on CBS Mornings to discuss his feature in an upcoming Netflix documentary.
Speaking to host Gayle King, Nate Burleson and Vlad Duthiers, Freeman went to detail about the Life on Our Planet series.

The series will feature Freeman offering up his iconic voice as the narrator as it explores Earth’s 4-billion-year history, looking at prehistoric animals and cataclysmic events.
After discussing the upcoming series, the hosts turned the question to recent celebrity news, most notably Taylor Swift’s new boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Gayle King confirmed that Freeman was in fact an adamant supporter of the NFL team before probing him more about the relationship news.
“Let me ask you this before we go, I have heard from reliable sources, Wendy the producer, that you are a big Kansas City Chiefs fan, is that true?” King asked to which Freeman replied it was.
“So how are you feeling about Taylor and Travis? Is it keeping you up at night? Are you in favor?” King continued as her co-hosts began to laugh.
Her two male co-hosts also questioned whether Freeman himself is a ‘Swiftie’, the name given to the pop star’s fans. Attempting to still keep the conversation football, Burleson noted that Kelce is playing better than ever.
After a deep breath and a straight face, Freeman slowly answered: I. Don’t. Think. About. Them. At. All.”
Much to the delight of the hosts, they all began laughing with Burleson adding that the actor was only concerned about the touchdowns and wins.
“Well yeah. Are you winning? It is great to watch [Patrick Mahomes] run. He has got a rifle for an arm, that is what I am interested in, "Freeman added.
The clip has also been shared on X and, while some viewers insisted the relationship question was just to end on a light note, others took issue with it.
“As a Taylor Swift fan why are they asking him those questions?? It’s has nothing to do with him and it’s obvious that a lot of people don’t care about this relationship,” one X user wrote.
“What disrespect to ask a random Travis and Taylor question after such a meaningful conversation.” Another social media user wrote.
“He doesn’t care who is dating who. Just win the damn game,”another user remarked.
