Kourtney Kardashian described her brother and sister, Rob and Khloé, as 'a little incestual' as she broke down the different relationships each of the Kardashian sisters have with their male sibling, who is notoriously private.
The ongoing series of The Kardashians on Hulu has continued to make it so sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, along with half-siblings Kylie and Kendall, are typically seen opening up about their lives on almost a weekly basis.
Mom Kris is also a regular feature on the reality TV show, but her son, Rob, only makes rare appearances on the show, one of which took place in the latest episode airing today, October 30.
Earlier this year, Rob opened up to Khloé in an episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, about why he tends to stay away from the spotlight.

He explained: “I don’t wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable. I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I want to go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that’s not what I want to do?”
That being said, he assured Khloé at the time that there was 'definitely nothing wrong' between him and any of his siblings, adding: “It just has everything to do with myself.”
While Rob assured all was good between him and his family members, Kourtney said the type of relationship they all share does differ from person to person.
During a confessional in The Kardashians, she claimed: "Him and Khloé are a little incestual. Him and Kim are like the husband and wife that hate each other."
As for Kourtney and Rob, the reality TV star described their connection as being like 'super close friends'.
"At one point, we would go out together, hold hands, just have so much fun together," Kourtney said. "I love having him around."
While Rob has admitted to not wanting to be in the spotlight right now, he made clear that he's not against making appearances when he feels comfortable doing so.
“I love filming if it’s positive and natural and I’m feeling good about myself,” he said previously. “I like being around my family so that stuff is good to me."
Khloé has previously spoken fondly of Rob herself, saying during a 2023 episode of The Kardashians that he's 'the best dad' she knows, adding: "I’m so proud of him for that. And I know that he is feeling really good about himself and I’m happy for him.”
At 38 years old, Rob is the youngest of Kris and Robert Kardashian's kids, followed by Khloé at 41, Kim at 45 and Kourtney at 46.
