Keith Urban appeared to end an interview early after being asked his wife Nicole Kidman, but a source has claimed that things might not be how they appear.
Yesterday (July 1), Urban was interviewed live on air by Aussie radio hosts Hayley Pearson and Max Burford on their morning show.
The singer chatted to the pair about his upcoming Australia gig at Adelaide Entertainment Centre, which is set to take place at the end of August, and said it's 'just a good vibe in the audience' whenever he performs there.
Pearson and Burford went on to ask Urban to be part of their 'Wall of Truth' segment, to which Urban agreed to. It's then that the interview appeared to go south.

Discussing Kidman's recent movie A Family Affair, Burford mused: "When I was coming up with something to ask you, Keith Urban, if you happen to play this game, the first thing I thought of, with your beautiful wife Nicole Kidman being on so many great movies, TV shows all the time… I watched a movie with her and Zac Efron recently, A Family Affair."

For the purpose of the radio segment, Burford went on to ask: "What does Keith Urban think when he sees his beautiful wife with beautiful younger men like Zac Efron having these beautiful love scenes on TV and radio?"
Urban's end of the line then went silent in an abrupt end to the conversation.

Confirming that Urban had been disconnected, one of the radio producers said: "I think his team hung up on us because they didn’t want us to ask that question."
Burford went on to pose the question that the radio show now 'has beef' with the singer.
In light of the speculation that it was Urban who ended the call, a source has spoken to PEOPLE and insisted that this wasn't the case.
"Keith did not hang up, period," they said. "He doesn't host his Zoom interviews. This is a complete nothing-burger."

The source continued to brand Urban as 'very easygoing' and insisted that the 57-year-old didn't have a problem with the radio host's line of questioning.

Urban and Kidman recently celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary, having wed in 2006.
To mark the occasion, the Nine Perfect Strangers star shared a black and white snap of her resting her head on her husband's shoulder on Instagram.

"Happy Anniversary Baby," she wrote alongside the photo next to a heart emoji.
The celebrity couple share two daughters together: Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 14.
