Country singer Keith Urban could earn more than $11 million from an alleged clause included in the prenup he and Nicole Kidman signed long before the couple decided to go their separate ways this year.
Kidman and Urban firmly established themselves as a celebrity couple when they met in LA in 2005 and started dating, before going on to tie the knot the following year.
The pair have welcomed two children together, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, but they are reported to have separated earlier this year before Kidman officially filed for divorce on September 30.
According to court documents obtained by People, Kidman listed their date of separation as September 30 and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Reports about the details of their divorce have come to light following the filing, including one significant request from Kidman regarding the couple's children. However, alleged details have also emerged about the prenuptial agreement they signed years prior.

The singer has previously been open about his experience with substance abuse, saying Kidman had staged an 'intervention' just months after they got married.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey in 2010 about how Kidman could have walked away, he said: "I'm just so glad she didn't, and she made a decision to turn around and initiate ultimately this intervention, and it was done in such a way that the love in that room at that moment was just right. I was like, 'Put the cuffs on, let's go'."
The prenuptial agreement allegedly stated that Urban would receive $600,000 from Kidman for every year they were married, and in which he said no to drugs and alcohol, earning the section the nickname of a 'cocaine clause'.
Over 19 years of marriage, this amounts to just over $11 million.
Urban has been candid with how Kidman supported his sobriety (Taylor Hill/WireImage) Last year, Urban spoke at Kidman's AFI Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony about how she had continued to support his sobriety throughout their marriage, saying: "We got married in 2006, and barely four months into our marriage, the addictions that I had done really nothing about blew our marriage to smithereens.
"Four months into a marriage, and I'm in rehab for three months with no idea what was going to happen to us. Nic pushed through every negative voice – I'm sure even some of her own – and she chose love. And here we are tonight, 18 years later. Her capacity to love is like no one I've ever met."
