Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke calls out 'lies' following her father's death and issues stern warning

Brooke Oleksy has claimed someone is 'spreading lies' about her

Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke Oleksy has issued a stern warning about what she says are 'lies' after her father's death.

On July 24, the WWE wrestling legend died from a heart attack at the age of 71 at his home in Florida.

Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, was officially laid to rest in a private funeral in Clearwater on Tuesday (August 5), which saw many of his close family members attend to pay their respects, including his son, Nick, 35, ex-wife, Linda Hogan, and widow, Sky Dailey.

However, attention has shifted to his 37-year-old daughter, Brooke, who was notably absent from the procession.

The TV personality has been candid about her apparent 'disconnect' from her late father in the years up until his death, stating that she had made a choice to 'step away to protect [her] heart'.

Although she insisted things never got that bad between the pair, Brooke was also removed from her father's will - which she claims was her choice out of fear of a family feud over Hogan's hefty fortune.

Now, the musician is taking aim at what she claims are false reports about her, telling TMZ Live that she will pursue legal action.

"Whatever representative from that camp that continues to spew these lies, if they want to keep going, grab your best hold, grab your best lawyers because I’m ready to go," Brooke told the outlet on Wednesday.

"Because I’m done with it. I’m done, this is ridiculous. I know too much. I’ve been through too much, I’m not to be played with. I’m done, so it better stop."

She continued: "My dad has finally been put to rest. Leave him alone, leave me alone and let the poor man go to heaven, and just end it. Stop coming after me. I’m not the one you want to come after."

Her warning comes after the mom-of-two explained she didn't attend her father's funeral because he 'hated the morbidity' of them and instead decided to pay tribute to him with a trip to the beach with her twins and husband.

"Daddy, we honored you in the simplest way that agreed with my soul," the celeb wrote on Instagram. "We took our babies to the beach, and put them in the same salty waters you loved.

"We love you and honor the things that made you so special. Every grain of sand and every wave reminded me of being your beach baby, and brought us closer to you.

"I pray you are at peace and know how dearly I love you. Rest in heaven, Daddy."

"Thank you for choosing me in this lifetime, and for loving me so deeply," she penned in another Instagram post about her father.

"Our bond is eternal. That truth brings me comfort and hope, even in your absence. I love you more than all the stars in the sky, 4LifeAfterLife."

As for backing out of the will, Brooke reasserted her position, stating: "I just know how my family is. And I’ve seen how certain members of my family go after money. And I see how they fight over money, and how they turn on each other over money.

"And I said, if and when my dad dies, this is going to be, pardon my French, a s**t show. And I want no part of it."

She concluded: "I have my own job, my husband has a job, we do not have any money coming in from my father since I was 18 years old.

"Everybody else relied on him for a paycheck, and now that golden goose is gone."
