Cardi B is never one to keep her plans under wraps, and that includes her next trip to the surgeon’s office.

The 33-year-old rapper, who is loved by many for her raw honesty, revealed she’s already preparing for another cosmetic procedure, candidly sharing with a crowd exactly what changes she intends to make next.

She is currently promoting her latest album, Am I the Drama? on the Little Miss Drama Tour, which began on February 11 at the Acrisure Arena, Palm Desert, California.

The confession from Cardi came after a surprise performance on stage with Kehlani, with the duo singing their collaboration ‘Safe’ in Los Angeles on Monday, February 16. Kehlani playfully commented on Cardi’s backside backstage, teasing: “You have so much ass!” The viral clip has been shared by hip-hop radio host Big Boy on Instagram.

For Cardi B, looking ahead means looking at her behind, as she told fans her next move is to remove her butt implants once the tour is complete.

"After this tour, I'm taking some out," she said to Kehlani backstage, as their entourage laughed in the background. “After this tour, I don't wanna hear nobody for three months. I'm going to Colombia, nobody hit me up, nothing. I'm taking this ass out!"

The tour has been a success so far, with future stops planned in major cities including New York and Chicago. Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almanzar, will have to wait a few more months before she can go under the knife, as the tour is currently set to wrap up in mid April.

This isn’t the first time the former Love & Hip Hop: New York star has opened up about her cosmetic surgery. She got biopolymer injections in her buttocks aged 21. The silicone-based fillers, which are not approved by the FDA, can cause life-threatening complications. Cardi revealed she got the procedure done in a basement in Queens, New York for $800.

“They don’t numb your ass with anything,” she told GQ in 2018, reflecting on the procedure. “It was the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out. I felt a little dizzy. And it leaks for, like, five days.”

Four years later in 2022, Cardi said she had ‘95%’ of the biopolymers removed. She spoke about the process in an Instagram Live in December the same year, and gave her fans an urgent warning.

She said: “All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like, ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my ass,’ so you result to ass shots, DON’T!”

Cardi added: “When it comes to BBLs, if y'all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done, you have to make sure your blood levels are all right. If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don't do it.”
