Bhad Bhabie has left her fans concerned following her latest post on Instagram.

In a post on her Instagram page on Friday, the rapper and OnlyFans model suggested that she's been taking cancer medicine.

She insisted people stop speculating about her body type as she said medication she is currently on may be the cause of any changes.

In a post she wrote: “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose weight. I’m slowly gaining it back. So stop running with the worst narratives,”

On her other Instagram photos the 21-year-old, real name Danielle Bregoli, has had fans offer their kind words while also questioning her health.

“She just revealed that she is on cancer medication. People need to have more empathy instead of jumping to conclusions and assuming. Let’s pray for her and send her strength not make jokes,” one person commented.

“Listen mama!! No matter what you look good AF!!! Im praying for you and your health!!! You baby need needs you!! Stay strong and always keep ya head up!!” a third wrote.

“Girl don't let these people make you feel like you not human with the body shaming..... You will feel better once you heal though,” another commented.

Bhabie continued to keep fans updated over the weeks with pictures of her growing bump, with many of her followers sharing their excitement with each new post.

In March earlier this year Bhabie took to her Instagram Story to share the first picture of her newborn after she welcomed her into the world.

The black-and-white snap showing the baby cosied up to her mom with her face covered by blankets and a little hat on her head.
