Rapper and viral smack talker Bhad Bhabie has revealed that she had been given 'bad news' regarding her cancer diagnosis, after sharing very few details about her disease.

The artist and social media star first announced that doctors had detected cancer two years ago, when she was just 20 years old, but has made only sparse and vague references to it while launching her burgeoning rap and adult modeling career.

Now 22, Bhad Bhabie, real name Danielle Bregoli, shared a tragic if equally vague health update via her X account, telling her fans on Saturday that she received 'bad news from my doctor yesterday.'

While she did not explain what this bad news had been, or even what cancer she has, Bregoli remained adamant that it would not be medical professionals who would decide the outcome. She added that 'god has the last say so not my cancer.'

The first hints that Bregoli's health was compromised came in November 2024, when she responded to fans noticing her rapid weight loss by telling them that she was receiving cancer treatment.

She fired back: "I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose weight. Im slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives."

However, despite a wave of concern, Bregoli did not clarify if this meant she had cancer, or was using cancer medication for some other purpose. In this information vacuum, some began to speculate if the artist was making it up for attention.

But her mom Barbara Ann, made famous by the 2016 Dr Phil appearance that made Bregoli a worldwide viral sensation, went ballistic at this speculation, blasting divisive celebrity blogger Perez Hilton for claiming that he daughter was making it up.

In a fiery post aimed at the blogger, Bregoli's mom said: "How dare you, you little vile piece of s**t say my daughter would lie about something like that." Adding: "And, I pray to God that none of your children never get cancer, okay? I've had it twice. How dare you say my daughter is faking this."

Indeed, piecing together later posts from the rapper who rose to fame for shouting 'Catch me outside, how 'bout that?' on national TV in 2016, her diagnosis has been bubbling away in the background as she capitalizes on her teenage fame with a rap career under the Bhad Bhabie moniker.

Following a number of surgeries at the end of 2024 that included a breast enlargement, nose job, and having silicone removed from her butt, the viral star came under fire from fans who couldn't believe that a cancer patient could undergo such procedures.

But Bregoli shot back at her critics: "I don't know who told y'all you can't get surgery when you have cancer. I was cleared by my dr mind the business that pays you."

She shared that she had visited 'top doctors' before having each surgery, also pouring cold water on speculation that her operations had been a cover for cancer treatment. The rapper said: "Y'all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y'all don't even know what kind of cancer I have! It's not breast cancer that is a rumor."

Bregoli has not publicly confirmed or stated what form of the disease she has, though it is believed to be blood cancer following a post she made in January 2025, which revealed that she had a high white blood cell count, per TMZ.
