The producer has taken to social media on a quest to prove you can lose weight eating only pizza - even if you end up 'hating life' by the end of it.
Uh it's probably a good time to note it's advised you probably don't try the same experiment at home. While not exactly dangerous like JackAss or anything like that, eating pizza - and only pizza - for five days probably isn't the best for you or your system.
Sure, you may be trying to lose weight, but there are certainly healthier - and probably more enjoyable - ways to do it. Look, we love pizza, but for nearly a whole week?
However, if you fancied diving even further down your scroll hole and are interested in the fact Benny Blanco ate nothing but the Italian dish for a whole week and somehow lost weight in doing so, then look no further.

The 38-year-old producer took to his Instagram on August 22 to share a video captioned: "Can I lose weight if I only eat pizza?"
He added: "To prove you can lose weight eating literally anything."
Day one saw Blanco check in on his weight, weighing 152.2 on the scales.
But now for the real question, how much pizza was Blanco eating per day?

How much pizza was Benny Blanco eating per day?
A grand total of one. Which doesn't seem enough to sustain you at all really...
Blanco's 'pizza of choice'? "One large, thin crust," he said in the video.
Dropping a slice on the ground only makes the rationing even sadder.
Day two and Blanco's plan only grew more dire after he discovered someone nicked eight slices from his box.
Day three, Blanco admitted: "I'm tired of pizza. I hate my life."
By day five, the producer joked he didn't 'even remember what he was like as a human being' before he started the experiment.
Anyway, after five days, how much did the pizza diet actually lead to Blanco losing?
How much weight did Benny Blanco lose from eating only pizza for five days?
Well, by day five, Blanco revealed the scales read: "147.5"
"I just lost 4.7 pounds in five days eating only pizza. Nothing matters. You can do whatever you want. F*ck failure. F*ck everything," he resolved.
However, before you decide to embark on your own pizza weight loss journey, take heed of this warning...

The dangers of a pizza only diet
While you should certainly steer clear of Blanco's pizza diet if you're lactose intolerant, there's a plethora of other reasons you may want to avoid the same experiment.
President of the Spanish Association of Nutritionists, Giuseppe Russolillo, told the BBC pizza shouldn't be consumed more than two or three times per month let alone become 'part of the daily diet'.
Ruben Bravo, of the European Medical Institute of Obesity, added: "It has refined flour, no wholemeal, and we now know that an excess of this ingredient contributes to obesity, increases cholesterol and, with time, has a tendency to raise the sugar levels in the blood."
Although, if you fancy making homemade pizza, it's okay to have that once a week, he added.
But what about weight loss and pizza?

But what about pizza and weight loss?
Bolt Pharmacy notes 'no single food is inherently off-limits' when it comes to losing weight. And you can still eat pizza.
Fundamentally it comes down to being in a calorie deficit, which you can still do while enjoying a slice of ham and pineapple.
Indeed, Blanco's single large daily pizza from Domino's ranges from about 1,700 to 2,800 calories. And the average man needs around 2,500 calories a day to maintain weight.
However, it's important not to just get blinded by the goal to lose weight, and take care of your body as a whole, pizza high in saturated fat and salt.
You get the message.
