Benny Blanco speaks out and defends personal hygiene after being slammed for 'filthy' podcast appearance

Benny Blanco has defended his personal hygiene after he was criticised over a recent podcast appearance.

In a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Blanco and Dave Burd - aka Lil Dicky - were speaking to Kimmel about their new podcast, Friends Keep Secrets.

In a recent episode of the podcast, Blanco was seen stretched out on a sofa with his legs crossed over.

But people were shocked to see the underneath of Blanco's feet, which looked pretty dirty.

One person wrote on X: "Having to see the bottom of Benny Blanco’s nasty ahh feet just ruined my day."

While another said: "If i see benny blanco’s dirty feet ONE MORE TIME IM GONNA LOSE IT!!"

And a third added: "Ok but I’m genuinely asking in all sincerity how benny blanco’s feet got that dirty."

While sitting down with Kimmel, the music producer was asked about the viral image of his dirty feet.

"There is something that turned up while people were watching your multimedia experience," Kimmel began.

"And people seem to be fascinated by the Benny's feet are very dirty."

Blanco offered up an explanation, telling Kimmel: "First of all, it's the facilities' fault! It's not mine! I have great feet! Hold on!"

Blanco then took his socks and shoes off before holding his feet up to the camera, to prove his feet are no longer filthy.

"Someone zoom in on my fault! Look at that! Are you kidding me?" Blanco said.

Burd added an explanation, revealing: "It was the first day we filmed anything. The crew was coming in and out. It was probably a little bit dirty."

Kimmel then joked: "You should set up an OnlyFans for that thing. It's beautiful."

Despite the criticism online, many people defended Blanco over the viral foot image.

One person wrote: "This is a man who actually goes to get pedicures done along with detailed nail art, you cannot tell me that he is unhygienic."

While another added: "Benny Blanco turning his dirty feet scandal into stand-up comedy gold? The way he just owns it - king of not giving a f**k!"

And a third said: "I strongly believe him because look closely at his toes, he has a very clean pedicure."
