iPhone users probably don't know half the things their phones can do.

From using your calculator app properly to setting up an emergency SOS option, there's so many things our devices are capable of.

And there's another feature that you probably didn't know about that's the perfect way to add a lil' bit of personalization to your phone.

A TikToker known as Tech Hack Guy does exactly as advertized and shows people tech hacks that they're unlikely to have been aware of.

The page boasts over 451,000 followers so it's clear people find his tips useful, and one of his clips has amassed over 23.5 million views.

In the video, Tech Hack Guy shares a 'secret emoji trick' that's pretty straight forward to do (once you know how).

If you love your sleep like me, you'll be best friends with the 'Do Not Disturb' option on your iPhone and you'll know that a crescent moon emoji pops up next to the time in the top left hand corner of your phone when you have it on.

The same happens with other features like 'Driving', but another relevant emoji - such as a car - will come up instead.

You can create your own 'focus' setting.

While these emojis come up automatically depending on the focus mode you're in, turns out you can pick what emoji comes up by creating your own custom 'Focus'.

To do this, Tech Hack Guy explained that you need to go to your settings, and then click 'Focus'.

You then need to press the plus sign in the top right hand corner and you're able to add a custom option.

You then need to name your 'Focus' and choose your own emoji to go with it.

But, one thing to note is that if you pick the option of allowing no notifications, it means you won't get any.

He fully explains it all below:

People have since hailed the hack as 'so cool'.

"Rahhh this is sooo cooool," penned one TikToker.

"I made a star that is so cool," echoed another, while a third labelled it as 'brilliant'.

Others thanked Tech Hack Guy for sharing the iPhone secret.

If you're an emoji fan, you'll be pleased to know that there are over 100 new emojis coming as part of a new iOS update.

The exact release date for the update has not been confirmed but reports have stated Apple will release it in time for the deadline of March 6, a deadline set by the European Union in regards to complying with the Digital Markets Act.
