A pair of supposed ‘alien corpses’ have been unveiled at an official event in Mexico, in news that I bet you absolutely were not expecting to hear today.

It’s been a big month for extra-terrestrial believers fans after the Pentagon released formerly classified images and videos of UFOs a couple of weeks back, as part of a ‘one-stop shop’ website launched by the US government on the unexplained phenomenon.

Working alongside the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the site will provide information about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) or UFOs to us civilians.

Since it launched, the question of whether or not there’s life out there sadly hasn’t been confirmed just yet – as surprising as that may seem.

However, we’ve just been served a brand new curveball... in the form of two ‘non-human’ corpses that are believed to be 1,000 years old.

The bodies were presented during a congressional hearing in Mexico City by journalist and ufologist Jaime Maussan, who claimed they had been analyzed by the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM), where scientists established an age by extracting DNA and using radiocarbon dating.

Mr Maussan, speaking under oath at the San Lazaro Legislative Congress, said: “These specimens are not part of our terrestrial evolution… These aren’t beings that were found after a UFO wreckage. They were found in diatom [algae] mines, and were later fossilised.”

The two mummified corpses were displayed in windowed boxes, having been retrieved from Cusco in Peru.

The event was also attended by Mexican scientists and the likes of Ryan Graces, former US Navy Pilot and Executive Director of Americans for Safe Aerospace.

Professor Abraham Avi Loeb, director of the Harvard Astronomy Department and author of the Ouymuamua theory, joined the discussion via video link, urging the Mexican government to allow its scientists to study the matter further.

Maussan added: “The public has a right to know about non-human technology and non-human entities.

“We are talking about a topic that unites humanity, not separates us. We are not alone in this vast universe, we should embrace this reality.”

After footage of the bizarre specimens surfaced online, many people have been utterly baffled.

One person tweeted: “This is the peak of human curiosity. There is nothing more left to see.”

Someone else said: “Things are escalating pretty quickly. I guess the question on a lot of minds is: why now?”

A third joked: “They took unboxing videos to a whole ‘nother level.”
