A woman who was born with two vaginas decided to answer people’s many questions about her rare condition.
While most individuals would consider themselves perfectly healthy, there are some conditions that can make people different in unique ways.
One woman, who was certainly aware of that, decided to host an 'Ask Me Anything' on Reddit on January 15.
She explained that she was born with two vaginas and realized people had a bevy of questions about the condition.

While the initial post has since been removed from moderators, the woman’s responses to some questions still remain.
The condition she has is likely uterus didelphys and it can come with a slew of complications.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, it is a 'rare congenital condition where you’re born with two uteruses. It’s commonly called a double uterus'.

"It can cause pregnancy complications and painful menstruation. Some people have surgery to treat uterus didelphys, but most cases don’t require treatment," the site adds.
Uterus didelphys is said to affect about 0.3 percent of the population and it is one of the least common uterine abnormalities.
So, what were the common questions that the woman addressed on her post?
Well, the first was about her anatomy as one person asked: "Are they left/right or top/bottom? Like... The openings. You said it looks 'normal', but... How?"

The woman replied: "They’re left and right. It’s more like one opening that divides it into two sides rather than two separate openings, if that makes sense. So you can’t really tell from the outside unless you really spread it open."

Other frequently asked questions concerned how her periods worked in comparison to those of other women and whether she had two every month.
The user responded: "Yes I get two periods at the same time and I could potentially get pregnant in both at the same time."

She also explained to another social media user that her periods are particularly painful as she gets 'horrible' cramps and has 'vomited and passed out' from them 'many times'.
And another commonly asked question (for obvious reasons) was how her condition affected her sex life.
But thankfully for the woman, having two vaginas hasn’t actually changed all that much for her in the bedroom.

She explained: "It’s different in the sense that there’s an additional hole than can be 'used' but other than that it’s pretty normal. It hasn’t really affected my relationships."
The woman did also note that she prefers to have sex in the right one as it feels better, so that's good at least.
