A sorority student who went viral for her smiling mugshot has been arrested again.

Lily Stewart, a University of Georgia student, went viral on social media for her glam mugshot photo which was taken after she was pulled over by police on a speeding charge.

Fans of the so-called 'mugshot shawty' called her 'Miss America' for her stunning jail cam look.

Now, the 20-year-old has appeared again in front of the jail camera, just two weeks later from her first arrest as of Sunday (March 23), on a pair of new charges, reports NY Post.

The youngster, who is a member of the Alpha Chi sorority, was arrested by campus police at around 5.30am for the alleged obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling, records from the Athens-Clarke County Sheriff's Office reveal.

Both charges are misdemeanours, and she was released from detention that morning after posting her $4,600 bond.

Stewart again flashed a grin in her second booking photo, this time donning prison overalls in the images obtained by TMZ.

Taking to her TikTok page, Stewart was apparently been sharing some of her favorite comments from fans of her initial mugshot pic.

Some of the comments appear to make jokes at her alleged speeding, as one wrote: "She was tryin to get the last pumpkin latte of the season."

"Must have been a sale at Lululemon," a second chimed.

Another said: "She look like a 3rd grade teacher. She was just running late to her class, your honor."

"That smile says my daddy is an attorney," a fourth added.

"Your honor, she was just trying to get to brunch for bottomless mimosas," read a fifth.

Others joked that being pretty 'is a crime' and that she stands accused of 'stealing my heart'.

According to TMZ, her attorney told the news outlet that the speeding charge was dropped and that Stewart was being subject to abuse from online trolls after her image went viral.

The student also said: "I didn't know you could get arrested for speeding, but when he put those handcuffs on, I just shut up.

"I was like, 'I'll just go to the jail with you. I'll figure it out', because I was scared."

Stewart also spoke out that she has received hundreds of messages from 'creepy men', some of whom offered to pay her bail.

Speaking to The Post, she said: "I think it’s hilarious. I don’t know what all the hype is about. I just took a mugshot and went on with my day.

"I love all the comments poking fun at me, saying, ‘She was on her way to Lululemon’ or ‘She must have had to [pee] really bad.’”

The student said she was on her way to a pal's birthday party, which is why her hair and makeup was done up, when she was stopped by a Georgia State Patrol officer.

“I was going to a friend’s birthday in Milledgeville, [Ga.] — and I had just gotten ready not long before, so that’s maybe why my makeup and hair still looked good,” she said.
