A burglary suspect had some rather uncouth etiquette in court when he yelled and lobbed his own faeces at a judge.
You would think you're most likely to be on your best behavior when in the presence of law enforcement - and especially justices when they are yet to decide your fate in court.
However, one man went the extra mile in protesting his demise.
Dorleans Philidor attended a Miami court in 2019 to face burglary charges when he tried to take matters into his own hands.

While sitting in a wheelchair next to Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh, it is reported that the then 33-year-old defecated and then tried to 'cast' his mess at the judge moments before closing arguments, as per the Miami Herald.
To add insult to injury, it's claimed the accused shouted: "It's protein! It's good for you!"
Fortunately, Judge Walsh 'scrambled' away from the firing line of faeces after the bailiff yelled a warning at her to run.

Attorneys in the courtroom likewise ducked out of the way while cops and other officials swarmed the room.
It is further alleged that Philidor then ate some of his own excrement.
A witness, Allen Rios, told the outlet: "It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them.
"They told everyone to leave and you couldn’t go back in. It was a hazardous area."

While the horrific commotion suspended the trial, it was only momentarily, as the judge decided to relocate the rest of the hearing to another room. Meanwhile, the now-dirty courtroom 2-10 was shut down for cleaning.
Cops said Philidor had allegedly broken into a property in North Miami Beach while the homeowner was still inside.
Yet after jurors deliberated for an hour, he was ultimately found not guilty of the crime.
However, the outlet reported he still wouldn't be getting out that easily, as he had another trial to endure in a grand theft auto case and a raft of other convictions on his record.

The shocking outburst was not the first time he had delayed the trial, either.
During the lunch break in the court a day before, Philidor had again reportedly defecated himself while in a holding cell next to the courtroom.
He then allegedly smeared it all over the cell and himself, officials said at the time.

After being removed from the area through a public hallway, half of the second floor had to be closed for cleaning and disinfecting.
A doctor was also called to evaluate the suspect amid concerns he was faking a mental illness.
“MDCR staff and Correctional Health Services (CHS) Staff will continue to monitor this inmate and will provide extra security precautions to avoid the events from reoccurring,” Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation spokesman Juan Diasgranados said at the time.
