The full transcript of Barron Trump’s call to a 999 operator has been released in court as a man faces alleged assault charges.
Matvei Rumiantsev, 22, is currently on trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Plymouth, as he stands accused of assaulting a woman in January 2025.
The Russian citizen is facing charges of alleged assault and two counts of rape, amongst other charges. He has denied all the charges against him.
On January 18, President Donald Trump's son with First Lady Melania Trump was video-chatting with the alleged victim, whose identity is private for legal reasons, when the alleged attack occurred.

The court heard that Rumiantsev allegedly strangled the victim, and she later called the police, leading to his arrest the following day.
After placing the call and allegedly seeing part of the attack, Barron contacted the UK police to report the alleged attack.

According to the transcript, which was released by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Barron said: "I'm calling from the US, uh, I just got a call from a girl, you know, she's getting beat up. This was happening about eight minutes ago.
"I just figured out how to, how to call someone. Uh, uh it's really an emergency."
When asked by the dispatcher how he knew the alleged victim, he replied: "I don't think these details matter, she's getting beat up but OK fine, also I met her on social media, I don't think that matters."
To which the operator responded: "Can you stop being rude and actually answer my questions?"
The transcript then showed that the operator followed up by telling Barron if he 'wants to help the person, you’ll answer my questions clearly and precisely, thank you', leading him to respond that he didn't know who the alleged attacker was, but that the situation was drastic.
He added: "She’s getting really badly beat up, and the call was about eight minutes ago. I don’t know what could have happened by now."
He then apologized for 'being rude'. In his witness statement to the police via email on May 2, Barron said he hadn't expected his call to be answered by the victim due to the time difference, but when she answered, a 'shirtless man with darkish hair' was on the other end.

He said the view then switched to the victim being hit, which lasted 'lasted maybe one second', adding: "This whole interaction had lasted five to seven seconds."
According to the BBC, Barron said he also made two other friends in the US call the Met Police, adding that while he didn't have any evidence, the victim had allegedly told him that Rumiantsev had been 'giving difficulty for a long time'.
Rumiantsev claimed that an argument between him and the victim had broken out, and she was 'completely hysterical, crying, screaming, shouting at me', leading him to allegedly hold her arms to stop her hitting him.
"I noticed her phone next to me on the sofa and it was ringing with a Barron Trump face call," he said, adding that he wasn't sure exactly why he answered, but thought that she 'wouldn't behave like this in front of someone else'.
When questioned by the prosecution on whether he'd been 'jealous', he claimed that he was more unhappy that 'she was frankly leading [Trump] on' and he wanted to 'just make clear that her actions towards him were wrong and it was not fair'.
"I was jealous to some extent." he said (via The Guardian).
The trial continues.
