A couple who welcomed another woman into their relationship have opened up about what it’s like in the bedroom.
Firstly, get your head out of the gutter. We’re talking about their sleeping arrangements, and nothing else.
Alana Underwood and Kevin Jankay had been dating for three years before opening up their relationship in 2020 as Alana wanted to explore her bisexuality.
To do this, they agreed to a sexual experience with another woman, and it was only supposed to happen once.

But six years later, all three are still together.
Now, Alana, Kevin and Megan Smith are in a polyamorous relationship.
The couple met Megan and her then-wife through a dating app and the four of them spoke online for a month or so before meeting up.

At the start, Kevin told People it was 'purely sexual' but as time went on, they started seeing each other more and more until they realized their feelings for one another.
Months later, Megan split from her wife in what she says was an 'unrelated' move and the meet-ups were paused.
However, they later reconnected and welcomed their throuple status in 2021.
But when Megan moved into their 600-square-foot apartment, they had to make their new sleeping arrangement work.
According to the trio, this included pushing an air mattress up to their queen-sized bed.
Speaking to People, Alana admitted: "The middle spot — it has its pros and cons.
"It’s nice because you get to snuggle with both partners, but it gets really, really hot. So we rotate to keep it equal."
In 2023, the throuple further detailed how sharing a bed with each other works out while being interviewed on the UK’s This Morning show.
Speaking with former hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, they said they created a method that utilizes their initials: 'M A K'.
Megan explained: "We do this thing called the Mac n Cheese method, where every night we switch who's in the middle."
Kevin added: "It's a good thing to be in the middle, in my situation I'm in between two beautiful women. But it's really hot and when you have to use the restroom everyone wakes up."
With this, they can make sure they’re all getting one to one time with each other, particularly with Megan.
Alana recently told People: "We were very aware of how she could feel, and we tried to put ourselves in her shoes.
"I think there could be the opportunity to feel jealous or left out, but we’ve just been very aware about that."
The trio now post a lot about their relationship on their Instagram account, @campthrouple, giving an insight into their lives together.
It’s pretty honest and open, and a lot of the time, they poke fun at themselves.
