For many pregnant people, bending down to tie up a shoelace feels like a 10k up Mount Everest.

But for a TikToker who goes by the name Tay B, pulling double shifts at Hooters while heavily pregnant is no biggie at all - and boy, does it pay off financially.

Tay (who has since welcomed her kid into the world) has shared a series of videos on social media that offer an insight into what it’s like working a Hooters shift while pregnant, and the tips don’t stop coming.

Watch Tay’s video below:

In one video, captioned: “A day in the life,” Tay told her 45,000 followers: “A day in the life of a pregnant Hooters girl. So Tuesdays are our slower days, there’s four of us on the floor, so I don’t expect to get a whole lot of money. But hopefully it will still be a good day.”

She then took her followers through the tips left by each table she served, beginning: “OK, so my first table was just one guy, his total was $20.83. He gave me $100 and told me to keep the change.”

Next, Tay said: “My second table tipped me $16 on $94.87. The next table tipped me $8 on $50.”

Tay ran her followers through the next few tables she served, then ended the video sitting in her car and counting her hard-earned cash.

She said: “Finally I am off, it’s 7.45pm. I basically pulled a double, but it’s fine, I made my money. Let’s do a final tip count.

“$417, tipped off the bar $10, but overall, [a] pretty freaking amazing Tuesday.”

That’s right, $417. On a Tuesday! Mad props.

People were quick to praise Tay in the comment section beneath her post, with one person writing: “The fact she is grateful and has the same attitude reading every tip.”

Another added: “I love how you always smile at any tip amount,” while a third said: “Waitressing while pregnant isn’t for the weak. I did it until I was 39 weeks! Literally the day before my induction was my last day! GO YOU.”

Other comments included: “I love how you seemed so grateful no matter the tip amount, truly love that for you I know all your tips were well deserved” and “Girl, go you!”

By the looks of it, Tay has since welcomed an adorable little lad into the world.
