A recently conducted poll has revealed how white non-hispanic Americans really feel about President Trump, and the results may surprise you.
The president has been the subject of numerous polls since he returned to office last year, and many recent ones haven't been particularly positive about him.
Last month, the Pew Research Center found that Trump's approval rating was at 37 percent, down from 40 per cent in the fall of last year.
As well as this, just 14 precent of participants felt confident in his performance as leader of the free world.

In a separate poll by Marquette Law School Supreme Court involving 1,003 US adults, people were asked if approve or disapprove of the way Donald Trump is handling his job as president.
While Trump is famously popular with white Americans, it appears as if his reputation with this particular demographic is faltering.

Per the poll, 49 percent of white non-hispanic participants said they approved of how Trump's handling things, with 50 percent disapproving.
There were more of a stark differences between how the Black and Hispanic communities feel about the president: 78 percent of Black people were found to disapprove of the way Trump is handling his job as president, while 69 percent of Hispanics felt the same way.
These findings come shortly after a White House spokesperson already addressed the less than favorable polling results the president's had of late.
Defending the POTUS, Anna Kelly previously insisted to Newsweek that Trump was 'delivering on his promises, and the American people remain firmly aligned with the President’s agenda to Make America Great Again, regardless of the Mainstream Media’s so-called polling'.

Kelly made such remarks after CNN’s political director David Chalian said that the president's approval rating was at a 'perilous point'.
Speaking on News Central last month, Chalian said of a damning CNN poll published on January 16 about the POTUS: "It is really hard to find even a sliver of good news for President Trump in this poll.
"And and it's worth noting that just compared to less than a year ago, he was at his best political ratings of his career.
"And that has just gone away."
Of the 1,209 respondents, 58 percent said that Trump's first year back in office was a 'failure'.
Elsewhere 55 percent said that Trump’s policies have worsened economic conditions in the US, and only 35 percent were proud to call him their president.
