Trump sparks fresh health fears after people noticed subtle detail during speech

Donald Trump's health initially came into question when a mysterious bruise appeared on his hand

President Donald Trump’s health worries have been reignited after viewers noticed something during the premiere of his wife’s new film.

On Thursday, January 29, the Trumps appeared at the Trump–Kennedy Center (Formerly Kennedy Center) to celebrate the release of Melania Trump’s self-titled political documentary which focuses on the run-up to Trump’s second term in office.

At the premiere of the documentary, titled Melania: Twenty Days to History, while Melania gave her insight into the production to interviewers, it was Trump’s appearance that sparked concern online.

Of course, as her husband came to support her, all eyes were on the couple, which led to social media users becoming worried about the way he was acting. In clips, you can see Trump standing beside Melania as she spoke to the cameras, slightly swaying and closing his eyes on occasion.

Commenting on X, one user said: "Folks! Donald Trump looks thrilled to be there."

Another added: "He can't wait to go to sleep."

A third said: "Both of them are in serious pain."

The claims come after a scathing comment from the White House regarding claims that Trump constantly fell asleep during public appearances. In December, Trump looked like he was napping during a Cabinet meeting, leading to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt refuting the claims.

In a statement, she said: "President Trump was listening attentively and running the entire three-hour marathon Cabinet meeting."

The same thing appeared to happen again days later when leaders of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo came to visit.

The Trump administration deny any health issues or sleep problems, including a bruise that appears on his hand regularly. According to the White House, this is due to his shaking many hands per day.

As for the film itself, it has received mixed reviews since its release on January 30, with some feeling the patriotism, and others...not so much.

On Rotten Tomatoes, the flick received a score of 11 percent, with critics calling it ‘everything a documentary shouldn't be’.

One person wrote: “It’s fascinating to see so pure and naked an instrument of graft and propaganda deployed to great effect on an audience happy to lap it up.”

Another said: “In the end, what transpired was mostly dull behind-the-scenes movements offering little new insight into the private world of Mrs Trump.”

But others loved it, and believe it marks ‘class’ and elegance in the White House.

A reviewer wrote: “Inside look at our elegant and gracious 1st lady. Would love to have more of her backstory coming from Slovakia. Theater we went to had clapping and cheering!”

UNILAD has reached out to the White House for comment.
