European leaders had a laugh this week by sharing a joke about President Donald Trump's continuous geographical mix-ups.

The POTUS apparently needs to brush up on his geography as he continues to repeatedly confuse two completely different countries.

Trump has said a few times how he's tried to calm historic tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Trump said on Fox News last month that he had 'solved' the conflict between the two countries.

"I solved wars that was unsolvable. Azerbaijan and Albania, it was going on for many, many years, I had the prime ministers and presidents in my office," he told the news outlet.

You see where he's got his wires crossed?

During a summit in Copenhagen on Thursday (October 2), several EU leaders were heard giggling about the situation.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama turned to President Emmanuel Macron and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev during the meeting, joking to his French counterpart: "You should make an apology to us because you didn’t congratulate us on the peace deal that President Trump made between Albania and Azerbaijan," as per Politico.

The joke saw the trio erupt into laughter as Macron quipped back: "I'm sorry for that."

Nevertheless, Trump has in fact secured a deal between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia in August to end the conflict that has waged on for almost four decades.

President Aliyev met with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, at the White House and agreed to the peace deal, which to date sits on a desk, unsigned.

Despite stalling progress, it hasn't stopped the Republican from declaring the entente a major US and personal victory.

However, in a joint press conference alongside UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Trump commented on the situation - and not only stumbled upon the pronunciation of Azerbaijan, calling it 'Aber-baijan', but incorrectly once again brought Albania into the mix.

"I am very disappointed in the fact that that one's not settled," he said. "To think that we settled, Aber-baijan, and Albania, as an example. It was going on for years. It was never gonna be settled.

"If you remember the prime minister and the presidents and they were there for many years, they said when they were in my office, we settled."

Referring to the meeting in the White House, Trump continued: "And they started off at both sides of the Oval Office, so far away, I didn't know you could be so far away. And as we were together for an hour, they kept getting closer and closer and by the time we finished, we all hugged each other."
