YouTuber Nikocado Avocado shares shocking results of plastic surgery after 250lb weight loss

YouTuber Nikocado Avocado has shared a shocking TikTok video of his cosmetic surgery results after losing 250 pounds.

Nikocado is known for his YouTube videos, in which he would eat a large plate of food while chatting with viewers.

However, last year, he took a hiatus from posting on the platform, before returning to reveal he had lost a drastic amount of weight.

Nikocado revealed that he hadn't actually made a new video for the channel for around two years.

Instead, he'd pre-recorded a lot of the content and had been posting it slowly, while shedding the pounds behind the scenes.

He revealed that he had been bullied online for his appearance, and pulled the stunt as a way to get one over on people who had been bullying him.

"Just yesterday people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant," the YouTuber said.

"People are the most messed up creatures on the the entire planet and yet I've still managed to stay two steps ahead of everyone. The joke's on you."

He later told NBC that people constantly speculate on how he lost the weight.

“I flaunted my big 400 pound belly and bounced it around with joy. I loved when people would make fun of me because it was engagement, and it was never that serious,” he said.

“Now, people are analyzing my photos and wondering if I had plastic surgery, or did he have gastric bypass surgery, did he do Ozempic, did he do this or that.”

Fast-forward to 2025 and Nikocado has taken to TikTok where he shared a video of his transformation, and the work he has had done since his huge weight loss.

"This is what I looked like after losing 250 pounds off of my body," he began.

"At first glance, I probably look normal and fine, but I was actually hiding a really uncomfortable situation.

"And that was my neck. So, I got it fixed."

The video flicked from a before clip of Nikocado, to one of him after procedure, carried out by Dr Ben Talei.

"Nothing has been put in to me, there's no implants, that is all natural," he added.

"That is done without an implant which is what is so incredible.

"I feel like I look a lot younger, I don't look as tired, he did my whole face really, I am so grateful.

"I feel like I've gotten my life back. You would never know that I was once 400 pounds.

People rushed to the comments to congratulate Nikocado, with many telling him he looked great.

One wrote: "You do look much younger!"

While another added: "He looks so much happier and that's awesome for him."
