Being a loyal customer has its perks when it comes to this on McDonald’s restaurant, as employees threw their favorite visitor a birthday party.
Sometimes, it pays to keep a tradition alive, but you never truly expect to be celebrated for your custom like one woman was.
According to a new clip that’s making its rounds online, the Hinsdale, Illinois site, went all out for Charmaine Blessman, who was turning 95 after decades spent dining at the location.
According to NBC 5 Chicago, she even got a handmade cake from one of the workers, after spending each birthday at McDonald’s with her family.

The clip, which was shared by Jim Blessman, Charmaine’s nephew, on Facebook, people close to the family were delighted at what McDonald’s had done for her.

“This is so VERY special!! Thank you for sharing, Lee. Mom Happy Birthday for me!!! Happy Birthday Mrs. B!!”, someone wrote.
“Happy birthday Mrs. Blessman. What an amazing milestone,” another person added.
“I can’t love this more!! Happy Birthday, Mrs Blessman!!!” A user shared.
But it wasn’t just a lovely sight for well-wishers as the employees at the site were thrilled to make it happen for their regular guest.
“Turning 95 really is a big deal,” McDonald’s employee Cynthia Murillo told NBC 5: “We all came together to make it special for her. One of my co-workers baked the cake.” She gushed about their customer: “Charmaine is amazing.”
Not only was there a yellow and white cake with Blessman’s image, but also balloons and her family too.

You might be wondering why they went all out, but for years they have known and loved Blessman, whose go-to order is a two-hamburger meal with extra onions, fries and a Diet Coke or a coffee drink.
However, despite being so well-regarded by staff and spending each birthday at the branch, she never expected this.
“I thought, 'My goodness, what is going on here?'” Blessman, who was with her daughter, told the outlet.
“Everyone is grinning at me; how can I not feel good?”, she added, sharing that there was one person she wished could have seen it. “I loved my husband and wish he could be here with us. We had 62 years together."
"I love to cook, and I love be with people," Blessman went on to share. "Love to come to McDonald’s."
The daughter who takes her to the eatery, Lee Antonio, told Fox 32 Chicago that she enjoys coming to McDonald’s for her special day.
“She loves it, especially this one," Antonio said, adding that she’s a recognized figure.
However, this year was different, and all the more magical.
