A Billie Eilish fan attempted to flog a bag of ‘very rare air’ collected from one of her concerts for more than £9,000. Well, you know what they say, if you don’t ask, you don’t get.

While most of us make do with a standard t-shirt or poster, this fan rom Singapore opted for a slightly unusual souvenir by filling a small plastic bag with air from the gig.

The anonymous seller listed the item on Carousell, where they described it as ‘very rare’ and deemed it valuable enough to be sold for the breathtaking sum of 15,000 Singapore dollars (£9,117/$10,805).

The seller promised that the item would be ‘kept in an air-tight container upon dealing to prevent leaking’, which is good, otherwise you’d just be paying for an empty plastic bag as opposed to an… erm… empty plastic bag.

The item’s description explained: "I stood at the very front and managed to get her air in the plastic when she scream her lungs out during the concert! For those who missed the concert u can buy this!! Very rare air!!"

Alongside shots of the item for sale on display, the seller also attempted to provide a bit of authenticity by including a snap of Eilish on stage taken at the concert in Singapore on 21 August.

The listing has since been removed, which could mean seller has decided to keep it; managed to find a private buyer; or perhaps has realised the post was taking the piss a bit and decided to remove it.

They claimed the bag would be safe in a 'airtight' container.

Eilish is currently embarking on her worldwide Happier Than Ever tour, during which she admitted to not seeing sunlight for ‘three days’ due to her incredibly hectic work schedule.

The six-month long tour see the singer heading to 47 different cities, before it wraps up on 30 September.

In an interview with the Sunday Times in June, she said: “It’s kind of a crazy thing that a human does, touring.

“It is so unnatural for us as people to have such high highs and such low lows. It feels like a blur. It’s like you’re living five different lives at once, bonkers but amazing.”

However, she went on to say that despite ‘hating the summertime’ she was doing her best to get some natural sunlight each day.
