Lorde fans were left surprised when a nurse pointed out a hidden detail on the singer's new album cover.
Lorde's album, titled Virgin, was released on Friday (June 27) and has been highly anticipated by fans, with the singer's last album, Solar Power dropping back in 2022.
The album cover is a pretty interesting one, featuring an X-ray photo of a person wearing jeans and a belt.

In the X-ray, the coccyx, spine, pelvis, and femur can be seen, as well as the jeans zipper, belt buckle and an IUD contraceptive device.
But some people were quick to point out something else in the image, too.
One person wrote on X, claiming that a nurse who had looked at the album cover had spotted a hidden detail on the scan.

"She said those white splotches to the left her of tail bone was s**t," the user wrote online.
They later shared a screengrab of a message that read: "That like white blob on the left that's poop."
It also included a screengrab of the album, with the white areas circled.
"There’s a lotta poop in there," said another.

Over on Radiology Masterclass, another X-ray image shows similar white splodges, with the site explaining: "This is a normal abdominal X-ray with faecal material seen in the large bowel."
Lorde has been raising the hype for the new album with a series of posts and clips shared on Instagram, and after she played the album in full for the first time this week she described it as 'one of the best nights of [her] life'.
But people were left blindsided after spotting one of the pictures released in the packaging for the vinyl, which some fans have already got a hold of.

The image in question is an undeniable shot of a vagina taken through clear plastic trousers. It's not an illusion or a trick of the light, there's simply a vagina included in the album.

The owner of the now-famous crotch is unclear, but fans have joined up the dots and assumed it belongs to Lorde herself.
As a result, some have branded the genitals in question as the 'Lordeussy'.

Fans have been left shocked by the brazen move, with one writing: "Just got the virgin vinyl, I opened it and first thing I saw was Lorde’s hairy ***** hun I wasn’t ready for that jumpscare lmaooo."
"Why is Lorde’s beaver all over my timeline," another Twitter user questioned.
