What Is Lil Nas X’s Net Worth In 2022?

With his place in rap music solidified, despite it being only three years since his ascension to success, what is Lil Nas X’s net worth?

Ahead of the BET Awards, rapper and internet sensation Lil Nas X spurred some headlines as he called out the network in a new track, Late to Da Party.

Sour that his name was missing from the nominee lists, the musician took to the recording booth to chant ‘F**k BET’ on the single, which features YoungBoy Never Broke Again and hints at a new album drop.

Following the nominee announcements on 7 June, Nas took to twitter to call out the lack of queer representation in the nominations, stating:

‘This is about the bigger problem of homophobia in the black community, y’all can sit and pretend all u want but imma risk it all for us. ‘

With his place in rap music solidified, despite it being only three years since his ascension to internet success, what is Lil Nas X’s net worth in 2022?

What Is Lil Nas X’s Net Worth?

According to online reports, Lil Nas X currently has an estimated net worth of $7 Million.

Known to his family and friends as Montero Lamar Hill, Lil Nas X made a name for himself with the fabled Old Town Road released in 2018.

First outputted independently, the track was quickly picked up by Columbia Records, who partnered the rapper with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Outside of his musical accomplishments, Lil Nas X has had headline-making forays into fashion, with the release of his controversial ‘Satan shoes’.

In collaboration with the New York art collective MSCHF, he released 666 pairs of the shoes, each containing human blood and going for a steep $1018.

The shoes were an interpretation of Nike’s Air Max 97, despite the brand not being involved in the project.

The design move soon caught up with Nas, as the shoe giant sued the partnership and were granted a halt in their sales, meaning, ultimately, no profits were made.

Lil Nas X currently resides in Sherman Oaks, California, in a $2.5 Million house bought back in 2021.

Despite not classifying as a mansion, the property boasts 4 bedrooms, built-in speakers, and what is described as a ‘secret’ room.
