The Witcher star Anya Chalotra once featured in a 'clever' mini-series that's streaming now on Prime Video.
The actress has returned to Netflix to reprise her role of Yennefer in season four of The Witcher.
The show has replaced its original Witcher, Henry Cavill, with Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.

Cavill quit the popular TV series back in 2022, seemingly due to creative differences.
The fourth season marks Hemsworth's debut as Geralt of Rivia, the white-haired monster-slayer.
However, The Witcher fans reckon it's Chalotra who has stolen the show this season.
One X user said: "Yennefer really carrying s4 of The Witcher. Petition to change the name from Witcher to Yennefer of Vengerberg."

A second described her as 'the real MVP of The Witcher and the reason to keep watching'. You get the point...
Well, if you can't get enough of the British actress, then you can catch her in a gritty crime drama streaming now on Prime Video.
The mini-series was produced by the BBC and aired in 2018, so chances are you might have missed it.

The show then went on to join Prime Video and is available now via the BritBox add-on.
Adapted from a 1936 Agatha Christie classic, it stars John Malkovich as an older, more introspective detective Hercule Poirot.

Set in 1933 England; a country sliding toward fascism and paranoia, it sees Poirot investigate a series of murders which are predicted to him via a series of taunting letters.

Chalotra plays Lily Marbury, the daughter of Rose Marbury (Shirley Henderson), who runs a boarding house in Bexhill, one of the towns targeted by the mysterious killer.
Lily is a young, sensitive and somewhat sheltered woman, living a modest life under the shadow of her mother’s strictness.
She becomes involved in the investigation when the Bexhill murder strikes close to home; literally at the boarding house where she and her mother live.
The TV series in question is called The ABC Murders, based on the Agatha Christie novel of the same name.
It racked up a solid 71 percent Rotten Tomatoes score from critics, who praised its 'thrilling spirit', 'clever' plotting and Malkovich's 'sly performance'.
Film Inquiry's Clement Tyler Obropta hailed the miniseries' second half for its 'clever, satisfying twists'.

Meanwhile, Brian Donaldson, from The List, described it as a 'stylish and energetic adaptation'.
