Fan theories are a given with any successful TV show that has a loyal fan base and Outlander is no different.

For the uninitiated, the show follows Claire Randall/Claire Fraser, a World War II nurse from 1945 who visits Scotland with her husband but ends up going back in time to 1743.
She ends up falling in with a rebel group of highlanders and Randall, played by Caitríona Balfe ends up becoming invested in their rebellion and warning of their future failure because... well she knows her history.

Fans have long been singing its praises on social media with one fan even calling it ‘one of the best series I’ve seen in a long time’ adding that they have rewatched it countless times.

The show has been going since 2014, and the earlier seasons are available to watch on Netflix and MGM+ right now.
Now with fans excited about the upcoming season, the trailer has got people wracking their brains trying to figure out what is upcoming.
One key moment from the trailer that has sparked fans’ imagination is at the end of the trailer when Claire Fraser is embracing her husband Jamie Fraser, played Sam Heughan.
She is then interrupted by a person speaking, who the audience can’t see who refers to her as Mrs Fraser, seemingly stunning her as a result.

Some fans believe they have identified the person addressing her.

Speaking on Reddit, one user suggested: “It kinda sounded like Henry to me."
While another agreed and said: "Yes! ! It sounded like Henry to me as well!"

A third had a similar idea and added: “I mean it could be possible for Henry to time travel to find Claire and he ends up in this time. That would be crazy, but look at what happened with Roger. He found his father in 1739 and was older than his father was. If Henry traveled [sic] directly from 1715 to 1779 (or whatever year it is), he would be younger than Claire. That would be crazy!"
While some fans seem sure, others have argued it could possibly be her brother who she comes face to face with.
And other fans have dismissed both theories, so who knows who it’ll be, fans will have to wait until ‘early 2026’ when the show releases to know for sure.
